Can't select Team Project Collection

description

We have two collections on our TFS 2010 server.

I put in the url for our server and click "Select" on the "Work Item File History" tab and it lists projects in the first collection on the server.

If I put the collection name in the url I get the following exception,
Microsoft.TeamFoundation.TeamFoundationServiceUnavailableException: Team Foundation services are not available from server http://server/tfs/collectioname.
Technical information (for administrator):
HTTP code 404: Not Found ---> System.Net.WebException: The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found.
